About the event
Brandon Kearney from BLK Fitness. Brandon started this fitness journey to reach others and teach them all that he has learned through along the way. His goal is to make a difference in someone’s life as we work together to meet their goals. He work to ensure that each of his clients not only views fitness as a way of getting in shape, but also as a method for reshaping their mind.
Come out to enjoy a group workout with friends! In one hour, BLK Fitness will get your heart rate up, blood flowing, and muscles pumping. We will be performing body weight movements using resistance band exercises to strengthen and tone. Any fitness level is welcome to participate! After the workout is complete we will have some discussion on fitness as well as nutrition and overall wellness.
Please come prepared in athletic attire, no open toe shoes or sandals. All necessary equipment will be provided, but it is suggested that you bring a bottle of water and a towel.
Free event, but seats are very limited, a group of 6-8 people is desired. A $10 deposit will be charged when RSVP and refunded when finished the class.
